We have been forced to move because of a "proclivity to punch".

This is a case where race, gender, age and culture clash.

It's not about Rules of Professional Conduct...

Unfortuantely very few people would literally read into the word "punch". And of course, who else but another lawyer would come to that determination. The wise among us would know that "where we punch for you!" as we used it and if kept in context meant "where we fight for you". Then again, even that would be unacceptable. Fight is also a word portraying violence. Let's be serious! That's what lawyers all throughout this country do. Lawyers fight for their clients. Clients hire lawyers to fight their fight. The law seeks to bring the fight off the streets and into our courts. Clients hire lawyers who play by the various rules to fight for them in a forum that society deems fair and just. In no way, would a reasonable person interpret that slogan to mean that the lawyer was offering to physically harm the opponent or gain an advantage in litigation by assaulting the adverse party. However, the powers that be would have us believe that this website portrayed violence and was absurd.

We apologize for any inconvenience as we sort out this matter.
